terms
Draft, [Leon: date these go live]
These terms apply when you buy from this website. Please read them before ordering; if anything is unclear, ask me.
who you're buying from
Leon Fenster, [Leon: business name if any, and a postal address]. Email: info@leonfenster.com.
ordering and payment
Prices are shown in pounds, dollars or euros, and you pay the price you see, in that currency, by card through Stripe. [Leon: VAT: are you VAT-registered? If not: 'No VAT is charged.'] Your order is confirmed when your payment goes through and you receive Stripe's receipt.
If I can't fulfil an order (for example, an edition has sold out), I'll tell you straight away and refund you in full.
the artworks
Unless its product page says otherwise (some prints can be signed digitally), each print is hand signed by Leon and individually numbered, and comes with a certificate of authenticity signed and stamped by Leon. [Leon: confirm this applies to every print, including Haggadah page prints] Colours can look slightly different on screens than in print.
Buying an artwork or print doesn't transfer its copyright, which stays with Leon Fenster. Please don't reproduce it without permission.
delivery
Orders ship from London or Washington DC. I aim to send them within one week of ordering; some prints are made to order or sent in batches, and their product page says so. Prints ship free. Postage for the Haggadah depends on where it's going and is shown before you pay. Framing is available by special order: ask me.
Import duty and taxes charged by your country are paid by you.
returns
See the returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
commissions
Commissions (murals, ketubot, family artworks and other personal pieces) are agreed separately, with their own quote, schedule and payment terms.
the law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you also keep the protections of your local consumer law.
