I want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, here is what happens.
changing your mind
For books and ready-made prints, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after it arrives, without giving a reason. Just tell me by email at info@leonfenster.com or through the contact page.
Then send the item back within 14 days of telling me, unused and well packed (prints rolled or in their original packaging). Return postage is paid by you, unless the item was faulty or wrong.
I refund the price and the original postage within 14 days of receiving the item back, to the card you paid with.
what can't be returned
Things made especially for you can't be returned if you change your mind, because they can't be sold to anyone else:
- commissions, ketubot and family artworks
- prints made to your choice, such as a print of a page you chose [Leon: confirm: are page prints made to order?]
This doesn't affect your rights if something arrives damaged or isn't as described.
damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, please send a photo of it and its packaging within [Leon: e.g. 7] days of delivery. I'll replace it, or refund you in full, including any return postage.
orders that don't arrive
If your order hasn't arrived within [Leon: e.g. 4] weeks, please get in touch and I'll track it down or send a replacement.
customs and import charges
Orders sent outside the country they ship from may be charged import duty or tax on arrival. These are set by your country and are paid by you; they can't be refunded if you refuse the parcel.
